IMPORTANT*

Please read these policies before booking any appointments at luxuriouslashinc to make sure you fully understand. The reason for these policies is that while we are ever so grateful for our wonderful clients, timely and efficient service is necessary for us to provide outstanding customer service to our lash and permanent makeup clients. If you fail to comply with these policies, we are unable to service everyone in a fair and efficient way. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and these policies exist to give all clients the absolute best experience possible. We are thankful for your business and welcome any inquiries about these policies.

DEPOSIT and RESCHEDULE

A $100 deposit is required to book and secure your appointment . The deposit is nonrefundable  and will go towards your service. The remaining balance will be paid in Zelle or Cash on the day of appointment. Clients may only reschedule up to 1 time with in  5 days advance notice. We respectfully request at least 5 days  notice for appointment changes or deposit will be forfeited. You will also need to pay a new $100 booking fee to reschedule if you reschedule less than 5 days advance notice.

LATE POLICY

Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to cancel any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate your service, however due to time constraints and our obligation to other clients, it may be necessary to cancel your service. If the service must be cancel you will be charged for the full  service. Your card on file will automatically be charged for full price of the service..

CANCELLATIONS

 

Appointments are especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We respectfully request at least 72 hours prior notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

In the event that if you wait until it is less than 72 hours to reschedule , the appointment will be marked as a no show /cancellation or same day cancellation will be charged for the full  service. Your card on file will automatically be charged for full price of the service.

REMINDER

 

As a courtesy  to our clients, we will email to remind you of your appointment 24 hours  prior to your appointment date. If we are unable to reach you,  please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fees. We offer this reminder as a courtesy.

GUEST POLICY

 

Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We do not allow family, friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets to accompany you in the procedure room. Please be respectful and understand that the artist technician must focus on a procedure service.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE, if you choose us as your artist you must follow the steps to completing the process properly for the best results. Appointments are gone through very thoroughly, time is not rushed and we follow the clients feedback during the sample session to make sure this is the best results for you. For this reason, refunds are unavailable.
